Willkommen bei der offenen Jugendarbeit Niederhasli-Niederglatt!

Unser Treffpunkt ist ein Ort, an dem junge Menschen ihre Freizeit aktiv gestalten, eigene Ideen einbringen und Gemeinschaft erleben können. Die vielfältigen Angebote richten sich an Kinder und Jugendliche aus Niederhasli und Niederglatt ab der 4. Klasse bis zum 18. Lebensjahr. Das Freizeitzentrum Huebwiesen befindet sich an der Huebwiesenstrasse 1, Niederhasli. Hier findest Du auch unser Büro.

Die Agglomerationsgemeinden Niederhasli und Niederglatt mit ihren bald 15'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern betreiben gemeinsam eine offene Jugendarbeit. Diese fokussiert sich auf Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 10 bis 18 Jahren. Jugendarbeiterin (80%) ##

Im Sinne einer ausgewogenen Teamzusammensetzung freuen wir uns besonders über Bewerbungen von Jugendarbeiterinnen.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Diplom HF/FH in soziokultureller Animation, Gemeindeanimation, Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit bzw. eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen
  • Selbstständige, initiative und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit für Neues und Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Humor im Umgang mit Jugendlichen
  • Gute Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Abend- und Wochenendeinsätzen

Deine Aufgaben? Mitgestalten statt nur mitlaufen:

  • Mitarbeit und Präsenz im Jugendtreff für Mittel- und Oberstufe
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von partizipativen Angeboten und Projekten
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Jugendlichen bei alltäglichen Anliegen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Angeboten für Mädchen
  • Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen, Vereinen, Fachstellen und weiteren externen Partner
