Afin de compléter notre équipe de notre siège à Montreux, nous cherchons :

COURTIER.ÈRE EXPÉRIMENTÉ.E =============================

Vos principales responsabilités :

\- Analyse du marché, prospection et négociation des mandats de vente ;

\- Évaluation de biens et élaboration de stratégies de vente ;

\- Visite et présentation des objets ;

\- Contact clientèle et suivi ;

\- Gestion autonome des mandats de vente jusqu’à la signature ;

\- Collaboration au développement de projets ;

\- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire ;

\- Très bonnes connaissances du marché immobilier de la Riviera vaudoise et du chablais valaisan ;

\- Large réseau de contacts ;

\- Réelles aptitudes de négociateur ;

\- Personnalité rigoureuse, engagée et réactive ;

\- Aisance relationnelle, esprit d’équipe et orienté solution ;

\- Présentation soignée et bonne élocution ;

\- Maîtrise parfaite du français et anglais courant (allemand un plus) ;

\- Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ;

\- Nationalité suisse ou permis de travail valable ;

\- Permis de conduire indispensable.
