  • Provide executive oversight of development schedules, resources, product cost targets, quality objectives, and validation readiness.
  • Partner closely with manufacturing and operations to improve build efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
  • Ensure rigorous application of quality systems, GD&T standards, and verification and validation processes.
  • Lead sustaining engineering efforts to address warranty trends, field issues, and legacy design risks.
  • Establish and continuously improve engineering development processes to increase speed, consistency, and scalability.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while maintaining execution discipline.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing global engineering organization.
  • Develop engineering leaders through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Align goals, accountability, and recognition systems to business outcomes and engineering excellence.
  • Partner with leadership to define and execute a global product development roadmap.
  • Manage engineering budgets to support growth, profitability, and compliance objectives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
