  • Build direct sourcing strategies across regions, including internal mobility, referrals, market mapping, and proactive outreach

Process Excellence & Recruiting Analytics:

  • Implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and operating rhythms across regions to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Develop and share best practices for interviews, calibration, candidate experience, and hiring manager enablement
  • Maintain data integrity across ATS and HR systems, and build reporting on funnel health, time-to-fill, source mix, and sourcing savings
  • Track agency versus direct sourcing performance, including quality, speed, and cost savings, to inform strategy
  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with local employment regulations and support the firm’s commitment to inclusion

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant exposure to lateral hiring across EMEA and/or Asia Pacific markets
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling recruiting processes in a high-growth, multi-country, and multi-region environment
  • Proven track record in direct sourcing and talent mapping, including use of LinkedIn and other platforms, referrals, and internal networks
  • Comfort working across multiple time zones, including EMEA, Asia Pacific, and the US, and partnering closely with US-based teams, particularly on undergrad and MBA recruiting
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret funnel and source data, tell a clear story with numbers, and use insights to drive action
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to coach hiring managers and advocate for best practices across diverse cultural contexts
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in handling confidential information and senior stakeholders
  • Highly analytical coupled with strong intuition; able to think and react quickly
  • Strong project management skills – time management, pattern recognition, prioritization and strong judgement are critical; ability to work well under pressure without compromising quality

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
