We are looking for a Lead, Program Management to join Snap Inc.’s global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization. This role will join a foundational team which will propel the SMC strategy and vision forward through operational excellence. Through defining, implementing and managing the SMC operational structures and processes, this role will be pivotal to contributing to the scale and growth of the SMC business unit.

The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record as a strong operational contributor, supporting the analysis, design and implementation of workflows and processes across a range of functions. They have experience in Sales and Operational processes, outsource engagements, program execution and scaling workflow opportunities. They are a strategic and analytical problem solver and skilled operator with the demonstrated ability to successfully deploy new structures and coordinate execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the expansion of the SMC sales channel operational engine
  • Develop and manage the ongoing processes that support scaling SMC wide initiatives to move the business forward
  • Design and implement operating models that predictably deliver against strategic goals through large-scale programs
  • Create roadmaps, project plans, change management plans, tasks and reporting methodologies on progress
  • Design and implement optimized workflows and processes to enable functional teams’ delivery on goals. Identify gaps and implement scalable solutions and/or test new initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including SMC Revenue Program, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, CRM, Data Operations, Partnerships, Measurement, Product, and Data Science to achieve business goals
  • Support the evolution of SMC business unit operational metrics to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiencies
  • Partner with Sales Ops in defining operational solutions development, including areas such as tooling improvements for sales & marketing, trainings, QA, and sales communications
  • Standardize program-management practices across tools such as Asana, Jira, Google Workspace, dashboards, and other team systems.
  • Partner with program owners to launch and scale programs that improve advertiser outcomes, product adoption, treatment adoption, and sales execution
  • Anticipate blockers and dependencies, resolve issues through influence, and escalate decisions with a clear recommendation.
  • Execute complex and time-critical projects through strategic and prioritized approach for resolution. Use data to influence decisions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Rapidly scaling operational design - process, tools, people, reporting
  • Process mapping, workflow design and optimization expertise
  • Experience with Inside Sales Operations
  • Experience with Business Marketing
  • Experience with Ad Sales
  • Familiarity in working with Ad tech, media, or digital industry
  • Sales mindset with proven ability to design and implement scalable processes across the customer lifecycle
  • Experience in facilitating multiple program teams with a wide-range of functional skills
  • Experience simplifying and effectively communicating with business and technical executives, as well as external stakeholders
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, growth, sales operations, or a related cross-functional discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven operational excellence and business acumen in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organization, program management, analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills, including the ability to turn insights into actionable plans and drive cross-functional projects.
  • Effective change agent and communicator who can influence leadership, product, marketing, and team members to adopt new ways of working.
  • Experience managing outsourced vendor partners, sales processes, and KPI reporting; familiarity with building agentic AI workflows for reporting, requirements synthesis, risk identification, and action tracking.
  • Collaborative, hands-on team player with a passion for change, Snapchat, and creativity.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
