You will partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, gather and analyze requirements, and translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions. In this role, you will support process improvement, system optimization, and effective delivery across cross-functional teams. • 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst
  • Minimum 2–3 years of specialized AI development experience for Technical Requirements documentation.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Coordinate day-to-day Project Management and Coordination activities across multiple concurrent USPS projects and workstreams, maintaining visibility into assignments, deadlines, and outstanding follow-ups along with primary duty to provide technical requirements for API and other USPS applications by leveraging AI/SI.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, deliverable registers, calendars, and task lists; monitor due dates and flag delays, conflicts, and dependencies.
  • Organize project meetings and working sessions; prepare agendas and briefing materials, capture decisions and action items, assign follow-up owners, and track items to closure.
  • Collect and consolidate status updates across assigned projects; prepare consistent status reports, summaries, trackers, and presentations for USPS leadership review.
  • Maintain risks, issues, actions, and dependency logs; follow up on open items and proactively escalate concerns to the appropriate project leader.
  • Facilitate timely communication between business and IT stakeholders, helping clarify ownership, coordinate handoffs, and resolve routine scheduling or information gaps.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, correspondence, approvals, meeting records, and other artifacts using established repositories, naming conventions, and version controls.
  • Support tracking of business needs, requirements, review cycles, change requests, and approvals; coordinate follow-up without serving as the primary requirements owner.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks, overdue actions, or inconsistent processes, and recommend practical improvements to PMO workflows, templates, and reporting.
  • Provide additional project coordination, administrative, and operational support to USPS project and program leadership as priorities evolve.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
