Key Responsibilities

  • Cut, strip, crimp, solder, terminate, and bundle wires and cables.

  • Document production and inspection results accurately.
  • Identify and report defects, drawing discrepancies, and nonconforming material.
  • Follow ESD controls, safety procedures, quality requirements, and configuration-management practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Support rework, repair, and continuous-improvement activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • [2–5] years of cable fabrication, wire-harness assembly, electronics manufacturing, or related experience.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
  • Experience with wire stripping, crimping, soldering, connector assembly, and cable routing.
  • Ability to use multimeters, continuity testers, and standard measuring tools.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow controlled processes and maintain accurate records.
  • AA/AS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing cables or harnesses for military, aerospace, naval, or other high-reliability applications.
  • Current or previous J-STD-001 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.
  • Experience with MIL-DTL connectors, coaxial cable, shielded cable, fiber optics, or RF assemblies.
  • Familiarity with first-article inspection, in-process inspection, and nonconformance reporting.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
