  • Coordinate enhanced support for executives, high-priority users, and time-sensitive business operations.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, access, and configuration issues; communicate remediation plans and status updates to users and stakeholders.
  • Use remote support and endpoint management tools to assist users, deploy software, and support device configuration and maintenance.
  • Support meeting and conference technology, including audio/visual equipment, bridge lines, cameras, projectors, broadcasting, and recording capabilities when required.
  • Respond to facility or environmental events affecting IT equipment and coordinate stabilization, recovery, escalation, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, identity, network, and vendor teams to resolve cross-functional issues and identify root causes.
  • Maintain and improve desktop support standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, checklists, training materials, and repeatable work processes.
  • Provide coaching, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance to support staff while reinforcing service quality, documentation, and customer service expectations.
  • Contribute to deployment planning, integrated testing, user acceptance testing, change activities, and continuous service improvement.
  • Provide concise operational updates, risks, dependencies, inventory information, and action status to IT management and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional customer communication and perform effectively under changing priorities, deadlines, and operational pressure.

Required Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
