  • Lead supply chain material planning and consolidate demand forecasts from revenue plans, proposals, projects, and program requirements.
  • Develop product-cost and supply roadmaps that reflect total business needs, common requirements across programs, and future opportunities.
  • Identify and benchmark key suppliers and support their ongoing development.

Supplier Quality, Performance, and Risk

  • Manage supplier quality and technical support activities, including non-conforming material disposition, root-cause analysis, corrective action, audit planning and execution, supplier segmentation, and performance management.
  • Support quality certification audits and maintain alignment with applicable quality-management requirements.
  • Develop and monitor meaningful measures for supplier quality, on-time delivery, cost, lead time, and corrective-action closure.
  • Identify emerging supply opportunities and risks through data analysis; assess business impact and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the resolution of supplier quality, delivery, and cost issues, including supplier recovery and crisis-management activities.
  • Translate complex issues into clear, executable steps that support timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • University degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering)
  • PMI, CPIM and/or SCMP Certification
  • 10 + years experience in a high technology, defense, government or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated supply chain, procurement, supplier-quality, or related leadership experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
