Vos principales responsabilités

HR Business Partnering

  • Être le point de contact RH principal pour les managers et collaborateurs de la force de vente terrain.
  • Recruter nos talents d’aujourd’hui et de demain pour notre force de vente.
  • Adapter les politiques RH aux réalités opérationnelles, en lien étroit avec les directeurs régionaux et le Directeur des ventes.
  • Piloter la gestion des talents : recrutement, développement des compétences, performance et rétention.
  • Accompagner les managers dans le développement du leadership, la gestion des équipes et la performance.
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre fluide des processus RH clés (évaluations de performance, people reviews, fixation des objectifs).
  • Jouer un rôle d’ambassadeur de la culture d’entreprise, en incarnant nos valeurs au quotidien.
  • Veiller au respect du droit du travail et des accords collectifs, tout en conseillant les managers sur ces sujets.
  • Participer à la gestion des procédures disciplinaires et des contentieux, en particulier pour les équipes Field Sales.

Développement RH & Projects

  • Proposer des idées innovantes pour faire évoluer et améliorer les pratiques RH.
  • Contribuer à des initiatives transverses RH (Diversité & Inclusion, RSE, Qualité de Vie au Travail).
  • Renforcer notre marque employeur en participant aux campagnes de recrutement et aux communications internes.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en RH, idéalement avec une exposition aux relations sociales et/ou aux équipes commerciales.
  • Master (Bac +4/5) en RH / Droit social fortement apprécié.
  • Anglais courant (indispensable dans notre environnement international).
  • Excellentes capacités de recherche juridique (la maîtrise des bases de données juridiques professionnelles est un plus).
  • Esprit proactif, orienté solutions, avec une approche hands-on.
  • Compétences clés : proactivité, curiosité, communication, travail en équipe et esprit analytique.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this position is:

€38 500 - €53 100 Annual
