Your Work Schedule and Shift Information

  • 8-hour shifts
  • 1st shift: 6 to 2:30 pm
  • 2nd shift: 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm
  • Currently hiring for 1st and/or 2nd shift dependent upon business need
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, holidays and emergency events as needed
  • Plant operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As part of our manufacturing team, you will:

  • Accurately measure and prepare all dry ingredients and proteins to ensure accurate batching for each production run
  • Safely operate forming equipment to produce products that meet quality and production specifications
  • Load formed products onto screens and organize carts for efficient processing
  • Transfer product carts into ovens to support the baking process
  • Complete daily production records accurately and on time
  • Verify ingredient lot codes and production documentation to ensure product traceability and quality compliance
  • Support efficient product changeovers and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members and production leads to achieve daily production and quality goals
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
  • Assist in training new employees

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English)
  • 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to use digital tools and systems to complete daily work tasks
  • Machine operation, mechanical/technical experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
  • Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
  • Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards
  • Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required)
  • Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
