Ben jij een ervaren schoonmaakprofessional die graag zelfstandig werkt en houdt van afwisseling? Ben je flexibel ingesteld en schrikken wisselende werkuren, avond- of nachtwerk jou niet af? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor een van onze klanten in Brugge zoeken wij een gemotiveerde en ervaren schoonmaakmedewerker (voltijds) die flexibel en op afroep kan worden ingezet.

Wat houdt de job in? Je staat in voor uiteenlopende schoonmaakopdrachten op een grote locatie in Brugge. Daarbij krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om zelfstandig omvangrijke schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit te voeren en ervoor te zorgen dat de ruimtes er telkens piekfijn bij liggen.

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: • Schoonmaken en onderhouden van grote ruimtes, waaronder beurs- en evenementenhallen. • Professioneel bedienen van schrobzuigmachines, veegmachines en boenmachines. • Zelfstandig plannen, organiseren en uitvoeren van schoonmaakopdrachten. • Correct en efficiënt uitvoeren van opdrachten volgens de verwachtingen van de klant. • Rechtstreeks communiceren met de klant over specifieke werkzaamheden wanneer nodig.

Flexibiliteit is essentieel Dit is geen standaard schoonmaakjob met een vast uurrooster.

Je wordt voltijds tewerkgesteld, maar je werkuren en opdrachten worden flexibel ingepland volgens de behoeften van de klant.

Dat betekent concreet: • Geen vast dagelijks of wekelijks uurrooster. • Wisselende werkuren, afhankelijk van de geplande activiteiten en opdrachten. • Regelmatig avondwerk en de mogelijkheid tot nachtwerk. • Inzetbaarheid op afroep, waarbij je bereid bent je flexibel op te stellen.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in de professionele schoonmaak.
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met verschillende professionele schoonmaakmachines, waaronder schrobzuig-, veeg- en boenmachines.
  • Je kan volledig zelfstandig werken en bent in staat om grotere schoonmaakopdrachten zonder voortdurende begeleiding tot een goed einde te brengen.
  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar, ook tijdens avond- en nachturen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands, zodat je rechtstreeks met de klant kan communiceren en instructies correct kan opvolgen.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je ziet werk, neemt initiatief en levert steeds een verzorgd resultaat af.
