Claims Individual Life Specialist (h/f/d)

Ce qui t'attend

  • Tu es responsable du traitement et de l'examen des demandes de prestations en cas de décès et d'incapacité de gain, en étroite collaboration avec le service médical
  • Tu effectues toutes les clarifications nécessaires et garantis une évaluation des prestations rigoureuse sur le plan technique et dans les délais impartis
  • Tu prends en charge le calcul, le provisionnement, le versement et le contrôle des prestations assurées
  • Tu rédiges une correspondance de haute qualité en français et assures le service à la clientèle par téléphone
  • Tu contribues activement à l'amélioration continue de nos processus et collabores avec les différentes équipes et unités

Tes compétences

  • CFC d'employé de commerce, idéalement obtenu au sein d'une compagnie d'assurance
  • Expérience professionnelle dans la gestion des sinistres, idéalement dans le domaine de l'assurance de personnes et/ ou de la prévoyance individuelle
  • Formation complémentaire ou expérience pratique dans le domaine médical, un atout
  • Grande résistance au stress, sens des responsabilités et méthode de travail structurée et autonome
  • Fort esprit d'équipe ainsi qu'un sens aigu de la qualité et de l'orientation client
  • Français langue maternelle ou Niveau C2 et allemand de niveau B2 minimum ; toute autre langue constitue un avantage
  • Disponible dès le 1er janvier 2027 pour une durée indéterminée
