Das erwartet dich

  • Du absolvierst eine praxisnahe Ausbildung zum zertifizierten Versicherungsvermittler (VBV) in unserer Generali Academy.
  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson deiner Kundinnen und Kunden in allen Versicherungsfragen und bietest ihnen massgeschneiderte Lösungen an.
  • Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Du baust bestehende Beziehungen zu deinen Kundinnen und Kunden aus und betreust sie in deinem regionalen Gebiet.
  • Du berätst sowohl Privatpersonen im Vorsorge- und Sachbereich als auch kleine Unternehmen zu flexiblen Versicherungslösungen.
  • Deine Kundinnen und Kunden berätst du mithilfe moderner Tools persönlich oder digital.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Ausdauer; auch bei Herausforderungen behältst du einen ku-hlen Kopf.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und bist zugleich ein Teamplayer.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bist empathisch und u-berzeugend; idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Du bist bereit, Neues zu lernen.
  • Im Umgang mit Zahlen bist du sicher.
  • Du hast ein starkes persönliches Netzwerk in der Region.
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Matura.
  • Du besitzt einen Autofu-hrerschein (Kategorie B).
