Bei der Kommunikation VBS sorgen Sie für reibungslose administrative Abläufe, koordinieren Termine und unterstützen bei der Organisation von Sitzungen und Medienanlässen. Als Ansprechperson für Informatikfragen und die Lernendenausbildung übernehmen Sie zusätzliche Verantwortung. Mit Ihrem kaufmännischen Know-how, Ihrer IT-Affinität und Ihrer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsorientierung sind Sie eine wertvolle Stütze unseres Teams.

Das Generalsekretariat des VBS ist die eigentliche Stabsorganisation des Departements. Es unterstützt den Departementschef als Mitglied des Bundesrats sowie bei der Leitung des Departements. Das GS-VBS erarbeitet die politische Strategie sowie Vorgaben für die Verwaltungseinheiten und unterstützt und kontrolliert deren Umsetzung. Weiter sorgt es für die Planung, das Controlling und die Koordination auf Stufe Departement in den Querschnittsbereichen Personal, Finanzen, Recht und Informatik, aber auch in der Sicherheitspolitik oder im Bereich Raum und Umwelt.
