Für die Jugendanwaltschaft Bern-Mittelland suchen wir einen Rechnungsführer oder eine Rechnungsführerin.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung führen * Fakturierungs- und Inkassoläufe (Strafbefehle) erstellen * Grundlagen für Verfahrenskosten- und Gebührenfakturierung aufbereiten * Bestandeskonti, Postkonto- und Kassenbewegungen verbuchen * Schalterdienst mit direktem Kundenkontakt (Bargeldverkehr) und Tresorverwaltung * Abschlussarbeiten durchführen

**Ihr Profil**

* Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung (vorzugsweise im Bereich Justiz, Polizei und/oder der Advokatur bzw. im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen) * Weiterbildung zum/zur Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen sowie Kenntnisse von SAP-Finanzmodulen (S/4HANA) von Vorteil * Flair und Interesse an juristischen Fragestellungen * Selbstständige, zuverlässige, speditive und genaue Arbeitsweise * Freude am Kundenkontakt * Gute Französischkenntnisse (B1)

Die Kantonale Jugendanwaltschaft ist Teil der Staatsanwaltschaft und für die Durchsetzung des staatlichen Strafanspruchs von Jugendlichen verantwortlich. Innerhalb des Kantons verfügt die Jugendanwaltschaft über vier regionale Dienststellen. Die Kantonale Jugendanwaltschaft leitet das Vorverfahren, verfolgt die Straftaten im Rahmen von Untersuchungen, erlässt abschliessende Verfügungen, Strafbefehle, erhebt gegebenenfalls Anklage und vertritt diese Anklage vor Gericht. Ebenfalls ist die Jugendanwaltschaft zuständig für den Vollzug der verhängten jugendstrafrechtlichen Strafen und Schutzmassnahmen, sowie für nachträgliche Entscheide.
