Sie übernehmen vielseitige administrative Aufgaben, sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe und sind eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Kontakte. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit verschiedenen Stellen zusammen und erhalten einen abwechslungsreichen Einblick in die Rechtswelt. Die Stelle ist befristet bis 31\. 2029 mit Option auf Verlängerung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten und Korrespondenz
  • Registrierung der Gerichtsstandsanfragen
  • Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Partner
  • Entgegennahme, Triage und Bearbeitung der gesamten physischen und elektronischen Post
  • Bewirtschaftung der elektronischen Geschäftsverwaltung inklusive Registraturführung
  • Telefondienst in deutscher und französischer Sprache
  • Verwaltung, Archivierung und strukturierte Ablage von Akten

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännischer oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Bereich Justiz oder Advokatur
  • Hohes Interesse für juristische Fragestellungen
  • Selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität
  • Deutsche Muttersprache und gute ösischkenntnisse (B1\)
  • Der Einsatz erfolgt jeweils am Mittwoch ganzer Tag, Donnerstagvormittag und ganzer Tag

Wer wir sind

Die Staatsanwaltschaft ist für die Durchsetzung des staatlichen Strafanspruchs verantwortlich. Sie leitet das Vorverfahren, verfolgt die Straftaten im Rahmen von Untersuchungen, erhebt gegebenenfalls Anklage und vertritt diese Anklage vor Gericht. In geringfügigeren Fällen erlässt sie einen Strafbefehl. Organisatorisch besteht die Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Bern aus der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft, drei Staatsanwaltschaften für das ganze Kantonsgebiet (eine Staatsanwaltschaft für die Verfolgung von Wirtschaftsdelikten, eine Staatsanwaltschaft für besondere Aufgaben und eine Staatsanwaltschaft für Jugendstrafsachen), sowie vier regionalen Staatsanwaltschaften ( Jura\-Seeland, Emmental\-Oberaargau, Bern\-Mittelland und Oberland).
