Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en werkt nauw samen met artsen en collega's om kwalitatieve, patiëntgerichte zorg te bieden. Dit doe je in de regio Kempen en omliggende gemeenten, in een omgeving waar teamwork en kwaliteitsvolle zorg centraal staan.Spreekt dit je aan? We vertellen je er graag meer over.Wat ga je doen?- Je volgt de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten met hart- en longaandoeningen op.- Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en dient medicatie toe.- Je werkt nauw samen met artsen en collega's voor kwalitatieve zorg.- Je past je snel aan in verschillende werkomgevingen en teams.- Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige observatie en opvolging van patiënten.
