Vi søger en Brand Manager til vores marketingteam, som skal varetage og udvikle Generaxions kommunikation og image. På tværs af touchpoints, målgrupper og lande.

Om arbejdet

Som Brand Manager hos Generaxion bliver du ansvarlig for at udvikle, vedligeholde og styrke vores brand på tværs af kanaler og lande. Du får en central rolle i at sikre, at Generaxions brandpositionering og visuelle identitet er konsistent, relevant og værdiskabende – både internt og eksternt. I Danmark, Finland og Tyskland.

Opgavepaletten

  • Planlægning og produktion af content til sociale medier, Generaxions websites og nyhedsbreve.
  • Have det overordnede ansvar for opsætning og vedligeholdelse af indhold på Generaxions hjemmeside i WordPress, herunder publicering af kundecases, artikler og øvrigt content.
  • Projektlede udvikling af brand assets og aktiviteter inden for bl.a. employer branding og thought leadership.
  • Udvikle og drive kampagner, content-initiativer og brandaktiveringer i Danmark, Finland og Tyskland.
  • Tekstforfatning til kampagner og aktivering på Meta Ads og andre marketing kanaler.
  • Udvikle og tilrettelægge film og foto projekter til kundecases og employer branding formål.
  • Rapportering og opfølgning på KPI’er for Generaxion Groups samlede markedsføring.
  • Samarbejde tæt med marketing- og kommunikationsteams i de enkelte lande.

Om dig

  • Du har skarpe kommunikationsevner – både skriftligt og visuelt.
  • Du forstår at bruge AI-tools i hverdagen og har allerede en AI-chatbot som sparringspartner.
  • Du har erfaring med performance marketing, herunder Meta Ads.
  • Du er struktureret, proaktiv og trives med at arbejde på tværs af teams og lande.
  • Du har god erfaring med WordPress eller lignende CMS.
  • Du har gode engelskkundskaber, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
  • Du er superbruger i Office-pakken.
  • Adobe-programmer er ikke helt fremmede for dig, og du kan navigere i de basale funktioner i fx Photoshop.
