Valorizamos pessoas que vão além da execução das rotinas, buscando compreender os processos de ponta a ponta, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir para sua evolução por meio do uso de dados, automação e inteligência artificial.Nessa posição, você também atuará no fechamento contábil das empresas do grupo, informações regulatórias, bem como no atendimento às demandas de auditoria externa.Principais responsabilidadesIdentificar oportunidades de automatização e melhoria dos processos contábeis, utilizando ferramentas de análise de dados e inteligência artificial;Atuar no processo de fechamento contábil de diversas empresas do grupo e elaborar análises dos resultados;Apoiar a preparação, análise e envio de informações contábeis e regulatórias ao Banco Central;Apoiar a elaboração de demonstrações financeiras nos padrões Cosif e IFRS, bem como análises e reconciliações entre os padrões, quando aplicável;Interagir com diferentes áreas das empresas do grupo para coleta, análise e processamento de dados contábeis e financeiros;Realizar análises e controles que assegurem a consistência, qualidade e tempestividade das informações;Apoiar o atendimento à auditoria externa, preparando suportes e acompanhando solicitações junto às áreas envolvidas;Contribuir para documentação, padronização dos processos e compartilhamento de conhecimento dentro da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis; CRC ativo; Boa capacidade de análise e manipulação de dados, incluindo Excel e ferramentas de produtividade; Perfil proativo, organizado e com forte capacidade analítica; Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com diferentes áreas; Curiosidade e disposição para aprender e utilizar novas tecnologias aplicadas à contabilidade.

Diferenciais
