Aqui, você terá a oportunidade de acompanhar de perto o desempenho financeiro e operacional da companhia, interagindo com diferentes áreas e entendendo os principais processos que impactam nossos resultados.

No dia a dia, você participará das rotinas de Tesouraria e FP&A, apoiando o acompanhamento de Realizado vs. Orçado, fluxo de caixa, indicadores de performance e projeções.

Também terá espaço para contribuir com a evolução da área, desenvolvendo relatórios e dashboards, automatizando processos e utilizando Inteligência Artificial e novas tecnologias para tornar nossas rotinas mais eficientes e nossas análises mais relevantes.

Você também participará da estruturação e do acompanhamento de métricas estratégicas e materiais gerenciais utilizados pela Diretoria, Conselho e Acionistas na tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Apoiar o planejamento e acompanhamento financeiro da empresa, realizando análises de Realizado vs. Orçado, projeções e acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa;

• Atuar nos processos financeiros de Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber, garantindo a correta execução e controle das rotinas;

• Interagir com todas as áreas da empresa para garantir fluidez nos processos de pagamento/faturamento;

• Identificar oportunidades de ganho de eficiência e atuar na automatização das rotinas operacionais e financeiras, utilizando ferramentas como Excel/VBA, Power BI, Python, Power Automate e agentes de IA;

• Apoiar análises financeiras e elaboração de informações para acompanhamento dos principais KPIs financeiros e operacionais da companhia, bem materiais de apresentação ao Conselho, Acionistas e Investidores;

Requisitos e qualificações• Graduação em Engenharia, Economia, Matemática ou áreas correlatas;

• Buscamos um profissional dinâmico, organizado e proativo, com forte desejo de aprendizado e desenvolvimento;

• Bom raciocínio lógico e capacidade analítica, com facilidade para trabalhar com números, dados e resolução de problemas;

• Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, considerando a interação frequente com diferentes áreas da empresa.

• Conhecimento avançado em Excel e VBA (será aplicado teste) e, preferencialmente, familiaridade com programação (Python é um diferencial);

• Noções de ferramentas de AI e desenvolvimento de agentes automatizados serão um diferencial;

• Curiosidade e interesse contínuo em desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, buscando novos conhecimentos, ferramentas e formas mais eficientes de executar as atividades;
