CA A-kasse søger en ny administrerende direktør til en veldrevet og medlemsstyret organisation med ca. 68.000 medlemmer og ca. 100 medarbejdere. Med en ny strategi for 2026-2028 vil CA være førstevalg for ambitiøse vidensarbejdere og samle tryghed, karriereudvikling og medlemsværdi i én stærk oplevelse.

Som administrerende direktør får du det samlede ansvar for organisationens drift, udvikling, økonomi, digitalisering, medlemsvækst og kultur. Du skal omsætte strategien til klare prioriteringer, skabe sammenhæng på tværs og sikre fortsat høj faglighed, økonomisk robusthed og relevante tilbud til medlemmerne.

Du bliver øverste daglige leder i en organisation med korte beslutningsveje, stærke fagligheder og et tæt samspil med en valgt og engageret bestyrelse.

Din profil

Du har solid ledelseserfaring og har blik for drift, udvikling og interessenthåndtering. Du har erfaring med at lede ledere og med at omsætte strategi til handling. Du rummer både et medlemsfokus og en forretningsmæssig tilgang: du kan sikre værdiskabelse for medlemmerne og en bæredygtig økonomi for CA. Som leder er du tydelig, nærværende og samlende. Du er visionær og ambitiøs, og du interesserer dig oprigtigt for hele organisationen.
