Was Du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Dip. Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF/FH mit erweiterten Kenntnissen in einem Fachbereich.
  • Du bist eine motivierte, empathische Persönlichkeit, welche gerne auf Menschen zugeht.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, schätzt das Mitwirken im Team und verfügst über organisatorisches Geschick.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Fallführung und förderst die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du bist im Besitz eines Führerscheins (B).
