betreibt seit 2020 einen kleinen, feinen Buchladen in Aadorf, getragen von einer Genossenschaft und fest in der Region verankert. Mit viel Herzblut bieten wir ein vielfältiges Büchersortiment, ausgewählte Papeterie\- und Geschenkartikel, einen modernen Onlineshop sowie Raum für Begegnungen.

Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgelösung suchen wir per 1\. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Leidenschaft und Fachkompetenz die operative Leitung unseres Ladens übernimmt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du führst unseren Buchladen im Alltag und trägst aktiv zu seinem wirtschaftlichen Erfolg bei
  • Du gestaltest und entwickelst unser Sortiment mit Gespür für die Kundschaft, beobachtest Markt und Trends und verantwortest Einkauf und Warenbewirtschaftung
  • Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent und herzlich und betreust Gemeinde\- und Schulbibliotheken
  • Du führst unser kleines Team im Ladenalltag, leitest Mitarbeitende und Freiwillige fachlich an und sorgst für einen guten Informationsfluss
  • Du verantwortest die operativen und administrativen Ladenprozesse und entwickelst diese laufend weiter
  • Du bringst Ideen für Veranstaltungen und Verkaufsaktionen ein und unterstützt deren Umsetzung gemeinsam mit unserer Eventkoordination
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Verkaufsverantwortlichen bzw. unserem Verkaufsverantwortlichen und dem Verwaltungsrat zusammen, um unser Angebot und Geschäft weiterzuentwickeln

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Eine Ausbildung im Buch\- oder Detailhandel, idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Verkaufserfahrung und ausgeprägter Affinität zu Büchern
  • Eine kontaktfreudige, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Freude an kompetenter Kundenberatung
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, Verantwortung für Menschen zu übernehmen, auch für Freiwillige
  • Bezug zu Aadorf und zur Region sowie Engagement im Dorfleben sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Samstagseinsätzen (09\.00–16\.00 ), die innerhalb des Ladenteams aufgeteilt werden
