betreibt seit 2020 einen kleinen, feinen Buchladen in Aadorf, getragen von einer Genossenschaft und fest in der Region verankert. Mit viel Herzblut bieten wir ein vielfältiges Büchersortiment, ausgewählte Papeterie\- und Geschenkartikel, einen modernen Onlineshop sowie Raum für Begegnungen.

Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgelösung suchen wir per 1\. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine initiative Verkaufspersönlichkeit, die mit Unternehmergeist und Begeisterung für Menschen unser Geschäft aktiv weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent und mit Begeisterung und bist aktiv im Ladenverkauf tätig
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Ausbau unseres Geschäfts mit institutionellen und gewerblichen Kunden und entwickelst diesen Bereich weitgehend selbstständig weiter
  • Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden, insbesondere Schulen, Gemeinde\- und Schulbibliotheken, Kirchgemeinden und das lokale Gewerbe, und pflegst bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Du entwickelst unser Geschäft mit Büro\- und Verbrauchsmaterial in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kooperationspartner weiter
  • Du planst Verkaufsaktivitäten, erstellst Offerten und verfolgst Verkaufschancen konsequent bis zum Abschluss
  • Du entwickelst Ideen für kommerzielle Veranstaltungen und Marktauftritte und setzt diese gemeinsam mit unserer Eventkoordination und den Freiwilligen um
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Ladenleitung und dem Verwaltungsrat zusammen, um unser Geschäft gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Buch\-, Detailhandel oder im kaufmännischen Bereich, sowie Erfahrung im aktiven Verkauf oder in der Neukundengewinnung
  • Eine kontaktfreudige, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Freude daran, auf Menschen zuzugehen und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Abschlussstärke, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Freude daran, Verkaufsziele zu erreichen
  • Interesse an Büchern, Bildung, Kultur und am lokalen Gewerbe.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Bezug zu Aadorf und zur Region sowie Engagement im Dorfleben sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Gewerbe, Schulen und Kirchgemeinden ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Samstagseinsätzen (09\.00–16\.00 ), die innerhalb des Ladenteams aufgeteilt werden
