In unserer aufstrebenden VOI Migros Partner Filiale in Othmarsingen suchen wir ein\e Stellvertreter\in der Geschäftsleitung. Sie sind die treibende in unserem Team, gestalten Kundenbeziehungen und optimieren Prozesse. Mit Ihrem Engagement machst Sie den Einkauf für unsere Kundschaft zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

  • Sie beraten und bedienen unsere Kunden mit Freude und Ihrem Fachwissen
  • Eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation, die Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Warenbewirtschaftung sind Ihnen wichtig
  • In Abwesenheit der Geschäftsleitung sind Sie für die fachliche und personelle Verantwortung der Filiale zuständig
  • Die Verantwortung für die Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich liegt bei Ihnen
  • Die Qualitäts\- und Datakontrolle gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv in allen Fachbereichen mit
  • Sie sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe an den Kassen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Grund\- oder Weiterbildung
  • Fachrichtung: im Detailhandel Fachrichtung Nahrungs\- und Genussmittel
  • Berufserfahrung: Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Detailhandel im Supermarkt
  • Als kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Verkauf, machen Sie den Einkauf zu einem positiven Erlebnis
  • Sie bringen Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft mit
  • Ihre Selbstständigkeit und speditive sowie genaue Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie bringen Bereitschaft für flexible Arbeitseinsätze (ohne Sonn\-/Feiertage) und Einsätze am Samstag mit
  • Deutsch (C1\)
