The posting

Die Gastronomie des Campus Irchels von der Universität Zürich umfasst sechs Outlets: zwei Cafeterias, drei verschiedene Mittagskonzepte und eine Bar, mit insgesamt 1'850 Sitzplätzen. Für den Mensabetrieb werden täglich etwa 3'000 Menüs gekocht. Zudem werden ca. 1'000 Menüs für die täglichen Auslieferungen hergestellt. Im Weiteren werden zahlreiche interne und externe Caterings durchgeführt. Getreu der ZFV-Philosophie wird frisch vor Ort mit regionalen, sowie ökologisch sinnvoll produzierten und fair gehandelten Lebensmitteln gekocht.

Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Cafeteria-Mitarbeiter:in (ca. 50%) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt? Du arbeitest zwischen Montag und Freitag in einem 50% Pensum.

Dein Wirkungsbereich: ---------------------

  • Mitarbeit in der Cafeteria
  • Betreuung der Gäste sowie Bedienung der Kasse
  • Verkauf von warmen und kalten Snacks und Backwaren
  • Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation
  • Erstellung der Mise en place
  • Erledigung von allgemeinen Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Umsetzung der ZFV-Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsstandards
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
