Willkommen in der Rosenstadt am malerischen Ufer des Zürichsees. Im Herzen von Rapperswil befindet sich das neu renovierte Hotel Speer. Das moderne Boutique Hotel bietet einen zentralen Arbeitsort, der viel Raum für persönliche Entwicklung und eigene Ideen bietet. Privat- und Businessreisende aus aller Welt übernachten hier in den 56 Zimmern und entdecken von hier aus die schönsten Orte der Nachbarschaft. Unser Team kümmert sich um einmalige Erlebnisse und unvergessliche Aufenthalte.

Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Réceptionist:in per 01.Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt? Du arbeitest 5 Tage pro Woche von Montag bis Sonntag in Früh-, Mittel- oder Spätschicht und hast 2 Tage frei. Die Arbeitszeiten liegen zwischen 06:00 und 23:30 Uhr.

Dein Aufgabenmenü: ------------------

  • Sicherstellung des Ablaufs an der Réception
  • Empfang, Betreuung und Verabschiedung der Hotelgäste
  • Wahrnehmung der Gastgeber:innenrolle
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Gästezufriedenheit
  • Bearbeitung und Erfüllung der Gästewünsche
  • Check-in und Check-out der Hotelgäste
  • Bedienung der Telefon- und Informationszentrale
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Reservationen
  • Durchführung eines professionellen Reklamationsmanagements
  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Tagesabschlüssen
  • Aktiver Zimmerverkauf sowie Pflege der Buchungsportale mit optimalen Zimmerraten
  • Erledigung verschiedener administrativer Aufgaben

Dein Erfolgsrezept: -------------------

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ oder abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule
  • Erfahrung in der Hotellerie und Gästebetreuung
  • Sehr gute mündliche sowie schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Front- und gästeorientiert
  • Souverän und belastbar
  • Systemaffin mit guten IT-Kenntnissen in MS-Office (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Zielorientiert und lernbereit
