  • Ensure training materials and demonstration aids are available and appropriately distributed for scheduled programs.
  • Coordinate the transportation and setup of training aids, including mockups, as needed to support training delivery.
  • Address customer concerns, training-delivery issues, and operational barriers promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and customer feedback to recommend regional improvements to programs, delivery methods, and market approach.

  • Observe and evaluate instructor performance; provide timely feedback, coaching, recognition, development plans, and corrective action, as appropriate.
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, safe, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
  • Communicate Autotech priorities, goals, quotas, policies, initiatives, and performance results consistently to the instructor team.

Partnerships and Communication

  • Serve as the primary regional liaison among Autotech, NAPA field and headquarters teams, distribution center leadership, Major Account leaders, System Sales, suppliers, and customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with regional decision-makers and provide timely updates on training opportunities, schedules, results, issues, and customer needs.
  • Partner with field and headquarters teams on marketing, communications, and promotional activities that increase class commitments, attendance, and customer adoption.
  • Present Autotech offerings at NAPA meetings, customer meetings, distribution-center meetings, conferences, trade shows, tool shows, owner meetings, and other promotional events.
  • Communicate Major Account training plans and progress to the appropriate account-management stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
