About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our Kalgoorlie branch.

In this varied, hands-on role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support with product selection, pricing, stock, orders, and deliveries. You’ll also assist with branch administration, showroom promotions, and occasional picking and packing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a customer-focused team player with a practical, solution-driven approach.

What you're day to day will look like:

  • Provide counter sales and assistance.
  • Assisting with general branch support and administration.
  • Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
  • Some warehouse duties- picking & packing customer orders.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing showroom promotional activity to drive counter sales.
  • Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in internal sales, customer service, trade sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Highly regarded

  • Exposure to industrial products, bearings, power transmission, or strong mechanical aptitude.
