Atuamos no mercado automotivo com compra, venda e intermediação de veículos, e também apoiamos clientes na estruturação das suas operações. Aqui, a função administrativa ocupa um lugar central: é ela que conecta direção, equipe comercial, treinadores e clientes para que cada compromisso seja cumprido.

No dia a dia, você vai:

📅 Organizar agenda, reuniões, treinamentos e onboardings, confirmando cada compromisso com antecedência 📄 Preparar contratos a partir de modelos aprovados, enviar para assinatura e acompanhar até a conclusão 💰 Controlar vencimentos e pagamentos, fazer cobranças com profissionalismo e registrar os próximos passos 🤝 Participar dos onboardings de clientes, registrando decisões, responsáveis e datas 💬 Acompanhar os grupos de clientes, resolver questões administrativas e garantir que ninguém fique sem resposta 📊 Acompanhar o CRM e os processos da equipe, sinalizando atrasos ao diretor ✅ Manter o controle de tarefas, prazos e status, dando à direção uma visão clara do que está acontecendo
