Você na Gentil:

  • Dar suporte, realizar o atendimento e garantir o cumprimento da jornada do revendedor no ER (Espaço do Revendedor);
  • Promover a comunicação eficaz de alavancas de vendas, regras de negócio e informações em relação às marcas;
  • Incentivar e fomentar a digitalização dos revendedores;
  • Assegurar a satisfação dos revendedores;
  • Realizar ações externas;
  • Promover o desenvolvimento e capacitação da equipe;
  • Planejar e organizar eventos internos;
  • Promover o alcance das metas do ciclo;
  • Monitorar os indicadores da segmentação acompanhada;
  • Capacitar-se para exercer suas atribuições com excelência;
  • Otimizar o seu fluxo de trabalho e de seu time;
  • Promover uma cultura de transparência de dados para as lideranças;
  • Acompanhar e direcionar os Auxiliares de Vendas na execução das atividades;
  • Realizar a prospecção de novos revendedores;
  • Controlar as intenções de revenda;
  • Reativar o cadastro de revendedores;
  • Garantir o preenchimento e atualização das fichas para cadastro;
  • Apoiar no contato com os revendedores;
  • Desenvolver a base de revendedores;
  • Incentivar a mudança de segmentação;
  • Atualizar e auditar a exibição dos produtos (Merchandising);
  • Desenvolver o time de Auxiliares de Vendas;
  • Realizar Gestão de Ponto Eletrônico e Processos Relacionados;
  • Apoiar a Comunicação entre Times;
  • Gerir de Forma Estratégica o Time de Auxiliares de Vendas.

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Noções de Informática;
  • Conhecimento em Sistemas de PDV;
  • Conhecimentos em Rotinas administrativas;
  • Conhecimento em Metodologias de ensino.

Conhecimentos que te destacam:

  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses em atividades similares, tendo participado diretamente de rotinas relacionadas a vendas e atendimento.
  • Conhecimento em Gestão Comercial.
  • Experiência com vendas externas e captação.
  • Possuir habilitação A/B
