We’re Genz Ryan — a legendary, family-run home service company winning since 1950. We don’t do average. We are not managed by any private equity firm. We don’t carry passengers. We’re hiring a SELLING Journeyman Residential Plumber who knows how to turn top-tier service into serious income.

This is for plumbers who can:

  • Build value
  • Educate homeowners
  • Present options
  • Close work the right way

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems
  • Run service calls start to finish like a pro
  • Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options
  • Deliver 5-star experiences that drive repeat business and reviews
  • Drive a company van servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville
  • Step up to mentor newer techs when needed

Requirements

What You Bring

  • MN Journeyman Plumbing License (State of Minnesota)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong residential service background
  • Confidence selling repairs, replacements, and upgrades
  • Willingness to handle service, installs, and branch-line drain work
  • Professional, customer-first mindset
