O profissional será responsável por viabilizar e executar as ações técnicas definidas na jornada dos clientes, garantindo a correta aplicação das soluções Geopixel, a qualidade das entregas e o atendimento às necessidades identificadas.Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, proativo, boa comunicação e facilidade para solucionar problemas, que goste de tecnologia, tenha foco no cliente e valorize o trabalho colaborativo.A atuação será integrada aos Gerentes e Analistas de Sucesso do Cliente, contribuindo para transformar as necessidades dos clientes em soluções técnicas que gerem valor e fortaleçam sua experiência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar as demandas técnicas direcionadas pelos Gerentes e Analistas de Sucesso do Cliente, garantindo qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos.Analisar necessidades dos clientes e propor alternativas técnicas para atender às demandas identificadas.Realizar ajustes e configurações funcionais das soluções por meio do Painel Administrativo, respeitando as permissões e os limites de atuação.Levantar requisitos e elaborar escopos técnicos detalhados para abertura de chamados e solicitações de horas sob demanda.Planejar e realizar treinamentos funcionais, capacitações, reciclagens e orientações sobre boas práticas de utilização das soluções.Executar testes funcionais e validar entregas, garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos estabelecidos.Identificar demandas que ultrapassem seu escopo de atuação e realizar os devidos encaminhamentos ao time de Suporte.Registrar e acompanhar as demandas técnicas nos canais definidos pela empresa, garantindo rastreabilidade e organização das informações.Participar de reuniões com clientes, em conjunto com os profissionais responsáveis pelas contas, quando necessário.Documentar procedimentos, configurações, soluções aplicadas e boas práticas, contribuindo para a construção e atualização da base de conhecimento de Customer Success.Colaborar com as demais áreas da empresa para garantir a qualidade das entregas e a satisfação dos clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa ou em andamento em Geografia, Geoprocessamento, Sistemas de Informação, Tecnologia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos em geoprocessamento e Sistemas de Informação Geográfica (GIS).Conhecimento em configuração e utilização funcional de sistemas e plataformas tecnológicas.Capacidade de analisar necessidades, levantar requisitos e documentar demandas técnicas.Conhecimento em testes funcionais e validação de soluções.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com facilidade para interagir com clientes e equipes multidisciplinares.Organização, capacidade analítica, proatividade e foco na resolução de problemas.Disponibilidade para viagens e atendimentos presenciais, quando necessário.Possuir CNH e disponibilidade para conduzir veículos.
