Nosso escritório está localizado no PIT, o Parque Tecnológico de São José dos Campos.#vempraGEOResponsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar a estruturação e manutenção de bancos de dados com informações do cadastro imobiliário municipal, incluindo validação, padronização e consistência dos dados.Elaborar consultas SQL e fórmulas de cálculo (ex.: áreas, testadas, valores venais) a partir das bases cadastrais.Realizar análises de dados tabulares e geográficos para apoiar a equipe técnica.Verificar a qualidade de dados vetoriais (pontos, linhas e polígonos), identificando e corrigindo erros de geometria e topologia.Produzir mapas temáticos para apoio à análise e à tomada de decisão.Apoiar a revisão e validação de entregas geoespaciais produzidas por outros analistas do projeto.Contribuir com a criação e melhoria de metodologias de controle de qualidade e de execução de projetos de geoprocessamento.Desenvolver scripts em Python para automatizar rotinas de tratamento e análise de dados.Apoiar a publicação e manutenção de camadas em GeoServer e sistemas web de geoinformação.Participar de reuniões técnicas com clientes, fornecedores e equipe interna, ajudando a alinhar requisitos, metodologia e padrões de qualidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Cursando ensino superior, preferencialmente a partir do 2º ano, em Geografia, Engenharia Cartográfica e de Agrimensura, Engenharia Ambiental, Gestão Ambiental, Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Análise de Dados ou áreas afins. Conhecimento em QGIS. Noções sólidas de tipos de geometria vetorial (ponto, linha e polígono) e de topologia. Excel intermediário (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, tratamento de dados). Noções de banco de dados relacional e SQL. Noções de lógica de programação, preferencialmente em Python.

Diferenciais

Experiência com PostgreSQL/PostGIS e DBeaver. Python aplicado a dados geográficos (pandas, GeoPandas, PyQGIS). Conhecimento em GeoServer e serviços web (WMS/WFS). Conhecimento em cadastro imobiliário e tributação municipal (IPTU, planta genérica de valores).
