SUMMARY: Rotation – 2nd Processing team members rotate through second processing positions as directed by management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Daily rotations throughout the department
  • Ability to proficiently perform in the following position in rotation 1039 - Hanger 1065 - Meat Checker 1071 - Mixer 1124 - Trusser 1110 - Stack-Off 1091 – Packer Layer Leg 1092 – Packer Less than 10 LBS 1087 - Operator Scale 1046 - Jack Driver 1079 - Operator CVP 1103 - Re-Hang
  • Other duties as assigned by management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Required Ability to be proficient in all jobs included in the rotation Previous experience in poultry processing
