Senior Controller (m/w/d)

Als Senior Controller (m/w/d) berichten Sie direkt an den Head of Accounting & Controlling und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle bei der finanziellen Steuerung unserer Vertriebsgesellschaft. Mit Ihren Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen schaffen Sie Transparenz über die Geschäftsentwicklung und unterstützen das Management sowie die Fachbereiche bei wichtigen strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, Finance und internationalen Teams zusammen und leisten einen maßgeblichen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens.

Wie Sie uns voranbringen:

  • Erstellung, Analyse und Kommentierung der monatlichen Finanz- und Geschäftsergebnisse mit Fokus auf Umsatz, Bruttomarge, Kosten und Profitabilität
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-, Forecast- und Vorjahresvergleichen sowie Identifikation von Chancen, Risiken und wesentlichen Ergebnishebeln
  • Koordination und Unterstützung der Budget- und Forecast-Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Umsetzung fundierter Vertriebs- und Profitabilitätsanalysen auf Kunden-, Produkt- und Marktebene zur Unterstützung strategischer und operativer Entscheidungen
  • Funktion als Finance Business Partner für Vertrieb und weitere Fachbereiche sowie Beratung bei wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Controlling-Prozessen, Reports und Analysen sowie Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Finance- und Business-Projekten
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen einschließlich Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen und relevanter Bilanzpositionen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Shared Services und internationalen Finance-Teams
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management sowie Mitarbeit an Finance- und Business-Projekten

Was Sie bei uns erfolgreich macht:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzwirtschaft, des Controllings oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) oder Commercial Finance, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrie- oder Vertriebsumfeld
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz, Budgetierung, Forecasting sowie Management Reporting
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und kaufmännische Kompetenz mit einem sicheren Gespür für Umsatz-, Margen-, Kosten- und Profitabilitätstreiber
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP, OneStream, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Reporting- und BI-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, proaktive und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen sowie der Fähigkeit, Fachbereiche konstruktiv zu beraten und herauszufordern
