Realizar monitoramento e rastreamento de veículos, controlar os custos com combustível, manutenções, seguros, a fim de controlar o custo total da frota. Controlar a manutenção preventiva dos veículos e auxiliar no controle de combustíveis e multas de trânsito.

1. Gerenciar toda a frota de veículos;

2. Solicitar orçamento de locação de veículo;

3. Acompanhar a entrega de veículos pelas oficinas de manutenção;

4. Acompanhar a entrega de veículos pelas locadoras;

5. Negociar valores de locação de veículos;

6. Atualizar tabela de locação de veículos;

7. Acompanhar o reporte constante do status em que o veículo sob manutenção se encontra;

8. Controlar as multas recebidas pelos condutores;

9. Apurar os condutores infratores;

10. Controlar a quilometragem de cada veículo da frota;

11. Controlar a depreciação dos veículos e sinalizar a troca;

12. Acionar seguradora quando necessário;

13. Auxiliar na mobilização do veículo no cliente quando necessário

14. Realizar o controle de combustível;

15. Alimentar planilha de locação de veículos;

16. Alimentar e acompanhar a planilha de manutenção preventiva de veículos;

17. Encaminhar os veículos e equipamentos para manutenções preventivas e corretivas;

18. Acionar e acompanhar, quando necessário, o seguro de veículos em caso de sinistros;

19. Realizar check-list de veículos (entrega e devolução);

20. Controlar, conferir, registrar e tabular os check-list dos veículos;

21. Criar ação a partir dos reportes do check-list dos veículos;

22. Registrar os gastos de cada veículo com combustível;

23. Registra os gastos de cada veículo com as manutenções;

24. Cadastro de motoristas e veículos no sistema Valecard;

25. Realizar demandas externas quando necessário;
