Buscamos uma pessoa com experiência em Business Intelligence (BI), que tenha perfil analítico, visão de negócio e facilidade para transformar dados em informações relevantes para a tomada de decisão.Você terá um papel importante na construção e evolução de dashboards, indicadores e análises que apoiem decisões estratégicas e contribuam para a melhoria contínua dos nossos produtos e soluções.Para esse desafio, buscamos alguém com perfil hands-on, autonomia e pensamento crítico, que goste de investigar dados, identificar oportunidades e propor soluções.Aqui, você terá a oportunidade de atuar próximo aos clientes e a diferentes áreas do negócio, colaborando com times multidisciplinares e transformando dados em insights que gerem impacto real nos resultados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Como #GTeam, você vai:

Desenvolver relatórios e dashboards interativos que apresentem os dados de maneira clara e compreensível.Realizar análises detalhadas dos dados para identificar tendências, padrões e riscos.Coletar, organizar dados de diversas fontes internas e externas.Assegurar a precisão, integridade e consistência dos dados.Automatizar relatórios e processos de análise de dados.Construir consultas em bancos de dados (SQL) para extração de informações.Criar apresentações executivas com insights para público-alvo, quando necessário.Participar da construção de modelos preditivos e análises avançadas.Atuar como parceiro estratégico dos stakeholders, colaborando de forma próxima para entender suas necessidades e transformar essas demandas em soluções analíticas que apoiem decisões mais eficazes.Contribuir com insights e recomendações de métricas e indicadores de forma clara e acessível para diversos públicos.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de negócios baseadas em dados.Propor e implementar soluções para otimizar a eficiência operacional e estratégica do BI.Apoiar as equipes internas sobre o uso de ferramentas de BI e interpretação de dados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara chamar essa vaga de sua, você precisa: Experiência sólida em Business Intelligence (BI) e análise de dados.Conhecimento avançado em Power BI e domínio de Power Query.Experiência com modelagem de dados e construção de indicadores.Conhecimento em SQL para consultas e extração de dados.Vivência com automação de relatórios e processos analíticos.Perfil analítico, pensamento crítico e capacidade de resolução de problemas.Boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização.Visão de negócio e capacidade de transformar dados em insights para apoiar decisões.Proatividade, autonomia e colaboração na construção de soluções.
