Wir bauen unseren Buchvertrieb neu auf und verstärken unser Team zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt und suchen daher eine motivierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit für die Region Nord / West /Ost.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie betreuen die für GeraNova Bruckmann relevanten Buchhandlungen und Handelspartner in Ihrem Gebiet persönlich und entwickeln bestehende Kundenbeziehungen systematisch weiter. Dabei vertreten Sie unsere Buchprogramme der Marken National Geographic Deutschland, Frederking & Thaler, Bruckmann, Christian, Christophorus, GeraMond, Sutton und Silberburg. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die vertriebliche Betreuung eines großen regionalen Verkaufsgebietes und sind Ansprechpartner für Ihre Kunden
  • Sie sind Teil des Vertriebsteams, berichten direkt an die Vertriebsleitung und arbeiten an Programm- und Vermarktungsplanung mit, darüber hinaus besuchen Sie Ihre wesentlichen Ansprechpartner auch vor Ort
  • Aktive Vorstellung unserer Novitäten und Backlist-Programme
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs-, Aktions- und Platzierungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit an strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen im Vertrieb und Verkauf
  • Identifikation und Entwicklung von Umsatzpotenzialen bei bestehenden und neuen Kunden
  • Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Programm und Verlagsleitung
  • Eigenständige Planung und Priorisierung bei der Unterstützung Ihrer Kunden und Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen im Haus zur Verbesserung von Produkten, Auftritt und Positionierung

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Buchvertrieb – diese haben Sie in einem Verlag oder auch in einer Buchhandlung gesammelt. Besonders wichtig sind uns:

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Buchhandels
  • Lust am Verkaufen
  • Freude an der Entwicklung von Aktionen, verkäuferischen Impulsen, Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Sicherheit in Konditions-, Listungs- und Verkaufsgesprächen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Gespür für Programme, Themen und Verkaufspotenziale
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Bereitschaft, eine neue Vertriebsstruktur aktiv mitzugestalten
