Ifac werd opgericht in 1978 en maakt sinds medio 2023 deel uit van de Gerantis groep. We zijn experts in verkoop en verhuur, nieuwbouw en met een bijzondere focus en specialisatie op privaat beheer. Met een groeiende portefeuille vastgoedbeheer van ondertussen meer dan 2.000 huurwoningen en appartementen zorgen we ervoor dat meer dan 800 eigenaars zich nergens zorgen over hoeven te maken. Om ons team rentmeesterschap te ondersteunen zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair-rentmeester / bemiddelaar.

Je takenpakket

  • Je bezoekt panden en bemiddelt tussen eigenaars en huurders
  • Je draagt actief bij tot de uitbouw van onze portefeuille privaat beheer
  • Wij leren je stapsgewijs hoe je van een prospect een uiterst tevreden klant maak
  • Met de steun van je collega’s bereid je je verhuurovereenkomsten voor
  • Je wordt ondersteund door een groot en professioneel team dat je met raad en daad zal bijstaan in elke stap van het proces
  • Klantencontact schrikt jou niet af, dat gebeurt zowel op kantoor als tijdens de bezoeken, via de telefoon, als per e-mail (belangrijk: steeds met Colgate ®-smile)
  • Je neemt de coördinatie en opvolging van technische problemen voor je rekening – van kapotte lampen tot waterlekken en defecte verwarmingsketels
  • Je waakt over het in stand houden van het eigendom en alle technische installaties
  • Je schakelt de juiste aannemers in en staat in nauw contact met zowel eigenaars als huurders
  • Je garandeert een nauwe en proactieve opvolging van huurders én verhuurders om een uitstekende service te waarborgen
  • Je voert regelmatig controlebezoeken uit en gaat ter plaatse bij technische of verzekeringstechnische problemen, waarbij je Ifac vertegenwoordigt
  • Je werkt in opdracht van verhuurders die voor onze beheerformule kozen en behartigt hun belangen op professionele wijze

Je profiel

  • Je bent BIV-stagiair en werkt actief aan de uitbreiding van je vastgoedkennis
  • Je ademt vastgoed en kan zelfstandig dossiers beheren
  • Je wil je kennis over privaat beheer (rentmeesterschap) grondig onder de knie krijgen
  • Je bent commercieel en ondernemend ingesteld, maar ook zeer klantvriendelijk, diplomatisch, communicatief, punctueel en dynamisch
  • Je hebt interesse in de technische installaties van panden
  • Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en financiën
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die proactief meedenkt en helpt waar nodig
  • Je bent taalvaardig in het Nederlands en Engels. Kan je je ook uit de slag trekken in het Frans? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs en beschikt over een auto
