Dans ce rôle polyvalent, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement de la comptabilité et assurez un suivi rigoureux des opérations liées à la gestion immobilière. ### Responsabilités \* Assurer la saisie et le suivi des écritures comptables courantes \* Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et les contrôles des comptes de trésorerie \* Payer les salaires des concierges et traiter les déclarations, notamment IS \* Effectuer le suivi des comptes débiteurs et créanciers, gestion des rappels et du contentieux \* Etablir les décomptes de chauffage et frais accessoires et traiter les réclamations y relatives \* Participer au bouclement périodique et annuel des comptes \* Assurer le classement et l'archivage des documents comptables \* Répondre aux demandes des propriétaires, locataires et partenaires en lien avec les activités comptables \* Collaborer étroitement avec les gérants immobiliers et les différents services de l'entreprise ### Qualifications \* Formation commerciale, CFC d'employé de commerce ou maturité commerciale ou titre équivalent \* Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le domaine immobilier en Suisse \* Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et aisance avec les logiciels comptables \* Bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit \* Personne organisée, précise, autonome et dotée d'un bon esprit d'équipe \* Sens du service, discrétion et aisance dans les contacts professionnels ### Avantages \* Un poste varié et polyvalent au sein d'une entreprise à taille humaine \* Un environnement de travail convivial orienté vers la proximité \* Une collaboration étroite avec une équipe de professionnels expérimentés \* Des responsabilités correspondant à votre niveau d'expérience \* Un taux d'activité flexible de 80 % à 100 % ### Informations pour postuler Vous souhaitez rejoindre GERIM GÉRANCE IMMOBILIÈRE SA et mettre vos compétences au service d'une équipe dynamique et proche de ses clients ?
