What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from first greeting to delivery and follow-up
  • Leverage your experience to read customers, overcome objections, and close deals efficiently
  • Build and manage a pipeline of repeat and referral customers that compounds over time
  • Work internet leads and inbound inquiries with speed and professionalism
  • Collaborate with F&I and management to maximize deal profitability
  • Represent the Germain brand with integrity and a customer-first mindset

What You'll Earn

$50,000 – $150,000+ annually

What You Bring

  • Proven sales experience is strongly preferred
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding monthly targets
  • Strong closing ability and the confidence to ask for the business
  • Relationship-building skills that keep customers coming back
  • A competitive, coachable mindset — good enough is never your standard
  • Professional presentation and communication, in person and online
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR
