Entgeltabrechner / Fachassistent Lohn und Gehalt (m/w/d)

(20-40 Wochenstunden)

Deine Rolle im Team

  • Du erstellst eigenständig die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unseren Mandantenkreis – überwiegend kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtliche Fragen gegenüber Behörden, Mandanten und Sozialversicherungsträgern.
  • Du unterstützt bei Beratungsgesprächen sowie bei Prüfungen durch Agentur für Arbeit, Berufsgenossenschaft, Finanzamt, Rentenversicherung und Zoll.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson im Team und gibst Deine Erfahrung gerne in einem wertschätzenden Umfeld weiter.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist Fachassistent:in Lohn und Gehalt, Steuerfachangestellte:r oder hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und verfügst bereits über Praxis in der Lohnbuchhaltung – idealerweise aus dem Kanzleiumfeld.
  • Du bist Wiedereinsteiger:in oder kommst aus einer Pause (z. B. Elternzeit)? Wir unterstützen Dich aktiv beim fachlichen Update und Einstieg.
  • Du bist vertraut mit gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und bringst im Idealfall bereits DATEV-Kenntnisse mit.
  • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und bist eine verlässliche Stütze unserer Kanzlei in Viechtach.
