Deine Rolle im Team

  • Als Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement übernimmst Du vielfältige organisatorische Aufgaben und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Kanzleialltag.
  • Du entlastest die Steuersachbearbeiter, indem Du Dich um administrative Tätigkeiten rund um die Mandantenbetreuung und die Abwicklung steuerlicher Vorgänge kümmerst.
  • Du begleitest die zunehmende Digitalisierung unserer Arbeitsprozesse und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Abläufe.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bestenfalls bereits Berufserfahrung in einem Kanzleiumfeld gesammelt.
  • Du bist digital affin, vertraut mit gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und bringst im Idealfall DATEV-Kenntnisse mit.
  • Du behältst stet den Überblick und zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Mit Herz und Verstand bereicherst Du unser Team und bist eine verlässliche Stütze unserer Kanzlei in Krumbach.
