Responsabilidades e atribuições

Selecionar candidatos para vagas e processos de menor complexidade tais como vagas operacionais, vagas administrativas de auxiliares e assistentes. Prestar suporte ao processo admissional, elaborar carta proposta, solicitar e conferir documentos pessoais, inserir dados no sistema para elaborar documentos contratuais, providenciar liberações de acesso, crachás. Apontar ponto eletrônico e gestão de banco de horas, enviar e-mails para gestores com saldos de banco de horas, emitir e entregar espelhos de ponto para conferência e assinatura mensal dos funcionários. Gerar arquivos de integração de ponto/banco de horas com a folha de pagamento. Elaborar planilhas de controle de movimentação de folha, emitir relatórios para conferência. Controlar períodos de férias, confirmar programação com gestores, atualizar sistema, entregar documentos para assinatura. Apoiar processo demissional através da elaboração de documentos rescisórios e realizar homologações. Manter registro de treinamentos realizados. Manter atualizadas as ferramentas de comunicação interna: e-mail, intranet, jornal e mural de recados. Prestar suporte a projetos/programas tais como Avaliação de Desempenho, Pesquisa de clima, café da manhã, datas comemorativas entre outros. Manter arquivo de documentos físicos e eletrônicos. Assistir na compra e manutenção de benefícios, entrega e controle de cartões, atualizar formulários e controle/arquivo de contratos, entre outros. Elaborar planilhas (controle de experiência, benefícios, folha, relatórios financeiros, etc.). Atender colaboradores, fornecer informações nos assuntos de RH. Realizar pagamentos: abertura de OC, atualização na rede, envio ao financeiro e fiscal.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo. Desejável superior em andamento em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de RH ou cursos relacionados.
