Für die Vermarktung unserer drei Marken \& , Sweet Basel und suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für hochwertige Food\-Produkte. Insbesondere bei \& steht nicht der Verkauf ab Katalog im Vordergrund, sondern die individuelle Beratung und das gemeinsame Entwickeln passender Lösungen mit unseren Kunden.

Aussendienstmitarbeiter/in Food (100%) ======================================

  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Beratung und Verkauf unserer Produkte gemäss Umsatz\- und Strategieziele
  • Bedürfnisorientierte Kundenberatung und Entwicklung individueller Lösungen
  • Betreuung und Kontrolle von Verkaufspunkten im Gebiet BS, BL, AG sowie Teilen von SO
  • Mitorganisation von sowie Teilnahme an Messen und Events
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Kunden\-, Markt\- und Verkaufsstatistiken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kundendienst, Product \& Manager sowie Event \& Social Media Manager

Das bringst du mit ------------------

Du bist eine gewinnende, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit gepflegtem Auftreten und einem starken Netzwerk. Idealerweise verfügst du über eine Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder Konditor\-Confiseur/in und hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung gesammelt, ergänzt durch erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf oder Aussendienst. Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest selbstständig und gleichzeitig gerne im Team. Gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie ein Flair für Zahlen runden dein Profil ab. Deutsch beherrschst du stilsicher in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Zudem wohnst du im Raum Basel.
