Die GGP-Gruppe engagiert sich seit über 25 Jahren in Rostock und Umgebung in der medizinischen, therapeutischen, pflegerischen und pädagogischen Versorgung. Die Stelle ist ab dem 01.01.2027 befristet zu besetzen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • unsere Kinder in der Krippe und im Kindergarten freuen sich auf Deine liebevolle Betreuung
  • Begleitung einer Kindergruppe als Bezugserzieher*in im Rahmen der offenen Arbeit
  • ganzheitliche Förderung der Kinder (gem. Bildungskonzeption M-V), insbesondere die Förderung des Sozialverhaltens sowie der Entwicklung der Kinder mittels vielfältiger pädagogischer Angebote
  • eine professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern, Behörden und anderen Trägern im Sozialraum
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team, und gemeinsame Umsetzung des Konzepts der Offenen Arbeit
  • die Arbeit kann in Teilzeit mit 30 - 35 Stunden pro Woche ausgeübt werden
  • wir bieten Dir eine befristete Stelle für ein Jahr an

Qualifikationen

  • den Abschluss als staatlich anerkannte*r Erzieher*in oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss nach dem fünften Gesetz zur Änderung des Kinderförderungsgesetzes (§2 Abs. 7 KiföG)
  • du arbeitest gerne im Team und verfügst über umfangreiche kommunikative Kompetenzen
  • du hast Interesse und Freude an der Entwicklungsbegleitung und Förderung der Kinder
  • Erfahrungen mit dem Konzept und Interesse an der „Offenen Arbeit“ sind vorteilhaft
  • Dein besonderes Interesse gilt der Arbeit mit den Kindern im Bereich Medienpädagogik sowie im Naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
