Sobre a oportunidade: Buscamos um(a) Analista de Departamento Pessoal para atuar na gestão e execução dos processos de administração de pessoal, garantindo a conformidade com a legislação trabalhista, a precisão das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos legais. O profissional terá autonomia para conduzir as rotinas da área, analisar inconsistências e propor melhorias nos processos, especialmente no contexto da Construção Civil.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir os processos de admissão, conferência documental, cadastros e integração administrativa de novos colaboradores.
  • Administrar e manter atualizados os registros funcionais e prontuários dos colaboradores, assegurando a confidencialidade das informações.
  • Gerenciar o controle de ponto, analisando faltas, atrasos, horas extras, justificativas e divergências, com encaminhamento das correções necessárias.
  • Monitorar indicadores de absenteísmo e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Administrar férias, períodos aquisitivos, afastamentos e demais ocorrências trabalhistas.
  • Gerenciar cadastros e movimentações de benefícios.
  • Realizar lançamentos, conferências e validações das informações para o processamento da folha de pagamento.
  • Conduzir os procedimentos de desligamento, conferindo documentos e informações para o cálculo rescisório.
  • Acompanhar os eventos do eSocial e garantir a consistência das informações transmitidas.
  • Monitorar prazos e obrigações trabalhistas, previdenciárias e sindicais aplicáveis.
  • Aplicar as disposições da CLT e as normas coletivas pertinentes, incluindo as relacionadas ao SINTRASCONT.
  • Atender colaboradores e gestores, esclarecendo dúvidas e orientando sobre procedimentos de
  • Departamento Pessoal.
  • Identificar inconsistências nos processos, elaborar
  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Desejável curso Técnico em Recursos Humanos, Departamento Pessoal ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos com rotinas de Departamento Pessoal/RH;
  • Experiência no segmento de Construção Civil;
  • Conhecimento em admissão, controle de ponto, férias, afastamentos, benefícios, folha de pagamento e desligamentos;
  • Conhecimento básico em eSocial;
  • Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista e CLT;
  • Conhecimento em SINTRASCONT;
  • Excel intermediário;

Desejáveis cursos ou certificações relacionados a RH, Departamento Pessoal ou legislação trabalhista;

Organização, comunicação, empatia e capacidade de mediação;

Discrição e responsabilidade no tratamento de informações confidenciais; Não fumante.
