Sobre a vaga Buscamos um(a) Analista Financeiro Contábil para atuar na apuração de tributos, nas rotinas contábeis e na análise de resultados da empresa. A pessoa terá papel central na adequação à Reforma Tributária, com início das mudanças em janeiro.

Principais Responsabilidades

Fiscal e Tributário

  • Apuração e conferência de impostos (PIS, COFINS, ISS, ICMS, IRPJ/CSLL);
  • Análise da base de cálculo dos tributos e conferência tributária das notas fiscais de entrada e saída;
  • Conferência de retenções tributárias (PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRRF, ISS, INSS);
  • Entrega e conferência de obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb);
  • Emissão de notas fiscais de serviço e/ou produto;
  • Condução da adequação à Reforma Tributária (CBS/IBS, parametrização de sistemas, impactos nos processos);
  • Acompanhamento de mudanças na legislação tributária;
  • Controle e organização de documentos fiscais;

Contábil e Controladoria

  • Lançamentos e conciliação de contas contábeis;
  • Apoio no fechamento contábil mensal;
  • Elaboração e análise da DRE, incluindo os impactos tributários no resultado;
  • Acompanhamento de indicadores financeiros;
  • Apoio em orçamento e projeções;
  • Levantamento de informações e relatórios para a diretoria;
  • Interface com a contabilidade externa e com auditorias;
  • Desenvolvimento e melhoria de processos fiscais e contábeis.

Formação

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis (preferencial). Também aceitamos Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas, desde que com experiência fiscal comprovada.

Hard Skills

  • Experiência comprovada como analista fiscal e/ou contábil;
  • Apuração de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais;
  • Conhecimento dos regimes Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Rea);
  • Vivência com obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb);
  • Conhecimento da Reforma Tributária (CBS, IBS, Imposto Seletivo, split payment, regras de transição);
  • Conhecimentos de contabilidade: lançamentos, plano de contas, conciliações e fechamento;
  • Elaboração e análise de DRE;
  • Excel intermediário/avançado (PROCV, tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas condicionais);
  • Experiência com ERP fiscal/contábil.

Diferenciais

  • Pós-graduação ou cursos em Gestão Tributária, Contabilidade ou Reforma Tributária CRC ativo;
  • Power BI ou outras ferramentas de análise de dados;
  • Experiência em mudança de regime tributário ou implantação de sistema fiscal.

  • Perfil analítico e atenção a detalhes;
  • Organização e cumprimento de prazos;
  • Proatividade e visão de melhoria de processos;
  • Boa comunicação com diretoria, contabilidade externa e auditoria.
